At KRAZY, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The item should not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • A valid order ID or proof of purchase is required.

Returns may not be accepted if the product does not meet the above conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
  • Used, washed, damaged, or altered products.
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Gift cards (if applicable).

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues
  • Color (subject to stock availability)
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect product received

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose another available product of the same value or receive store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share:

  • Order Number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damaged product, or an incorrect item sent by us, KRAZY will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For returns due to size preference or change of mind, return shipping charges may be applicable.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If you refuse delivery after dispatch, applicable shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer (exchange may be available).
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided.
  • Delivery failure due to customer unavailability.
  • Minor color variations caused by screen settings or lighting during photography.
